Step 1 - We first ask if you have exhausted all other reasons for what you are experiencing in the house or building. Common sources of noises, for example:

Strange Noises in the Attic - could be caused by mice or squirrels.
Banging and Clanging - check into quieting noisy pipes
Feel unusual chills - check windows and doors for drafts; check your insulation.
Hearing footsteps - look for creaking stairs or hardwood floors
Heating system noises and contractions or expansion noises due to the heating or cooling of the house.

If still unexplained, then it is a good time for you to determine if indeed there is a supernatural presence of some kind in your house. Step 2 - We request information from you including your contact information, the names and ages of other people living in the house, and the details of what you have experienced. All information is kept strictly confidential and will not be released to anyone for any reason, unless we first have your permission.

Step 3 - We identify if you have earthbound Spirits or other energies in your house including the possibility of negative energetic imprints left behind by previous occupants. At that time we obtain any initial information about these energies that can be accessed. We also check to see if any energies have attatched to the people or pets living in the house.

Step 4 - We determine if the removal of the supernatural presence or healing of the house can be done on a remote basis, or if we have to actually visit the premises in person. In 90% of cases, the removal or clearing can be completed remotely.

Step 5 - We conduct the "Initial Consultation" which is the actual removal of any ghosts, spirits, poltergeists or supernatural entities, identify the cause for the haunting, and where possible, protect the house from future unwanted ghosts or spirits. We do not just scare off these energies, or turn them loose to reattach or find a new host. The energies are returned permanently to their place of origin. This process generally takes about one to two hours.

Step 6 - We check back with you in 7 to 10 days to see if what you had experienced previously is now gone and test for ourselves that your house is still clear of unwanted energies . We can guarantee the same ghost, or spirit will not return. However, since we are dealing with the unknown to a large extent, we cannot be responsible for future residency of other spirits even though we do what we can to ensure against that happening.
